I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the quality of food being sold in the prepared food section at Checkers Sandton City.

For the second day in a row, I have noticed that several food items appeared old, dry, and not fresh. The quality was noticeably below what I would expect from a store of Checkers’ reputation. Food that appears to have been standing for extended periods not only affects customer satisfaction but also raises concerns about food quality and freshness standards.

As a paying customer, I expect prepared meals to be fresh, properly stored, and appealing. I believe this matter requires attention to ensure that food quality standards are maintained consistently.

I would appreciate it if this concern could be investigated and corrective action taken where necessary
