Checker riverside mall security

I had visited the Checkers in Riverside Mall. When I was stopped by the door by the security guard and was told that I'm not allowed to take there store trollies.

I then told the guard I will be coming back to this store as I needed to do my grocery at this store. Which i regularly do as i often visit this store and had never encountered this issue.

The guard continues to portray a sarcastic smile as if he was being biased as to who could come into the store and who should not.

He also seemed unapologetic when I had taken the matter up with the manager on site Octavia, how ever the manager did apologize.

If this type of security is at the entrance of you store and is chasing away paying customers. I do feel sorry for your business and its success.
