Checker Parkview Soup disaster

I am truly dissapointed in Checkers Parkview Pretoria East. I used to love bying their daily soups. I used to brag about it to everyone. But lately it has just been poor service all the way. They give xero attention to that department. The soup is always burnt. Who wants that! There is always an issue with the cups. I feel like dunping the soup on someones head as soon as I take a sip and all I taste is how someone neglegted to check it while warming it. Come on guys get your act together.
