Checker Hyper Boksburg - ****** cell phone

After my cell phone was ******. It took the manager of the store 6 days before contacting me. On the same day that he did contact me I personally visited the store to actually see him in person. He also had a non care attitude, only told me they will look on the camera system, that was on Thursday 19 November 2020. He then contacted me on Tuesday 24 November 2020 again. Only to tell me they could not pick anything on the camera system. That after I told them the time and the row it happened. Also a brief description of me and the person that stole my cell phone out of my bag. Now I wonder how safe are one shopping at Checkers Hyper Boksburg, Cnr Leeupoort Street &, Rondebult Rd, Parklands, Boksburg, 1460 I don't feel safe shopping at them any more and will rather go to a different shop to do my shopping, although it is a bit further to drive.
