Checker 60 dont do it

I have used the sixty app a couple of times Today i used the app i had a retry payment on my app so i redid it money went off my account and double moeny went off for the tip So i phone them how rude was the guy in the phone telling more like shouting at me that yiu did it more than once so sorry the money will reflect after 48 hours nothing he can do I mean i order the stuff i needed i have no money left to go and buy the items i needed now im very upset better not to use this app again its risky will i ever receive the fund back
