Check Checkers!

<p>Checkers advertised butter at R34.99 last week. I bought two at Checkers Westville Mall.</p> <p>I later noticed on my till slip that I had been charged R169.98 for 2x500g butter!! There was a large sign stating R34.99 at the butter section. I called the manager who told me the advert was for 250g of butter?</p> <p>I went to the store to ask for a refund but the manager refused saying it was my mistake.</p> <p>Check your till slips at Checkers people!</p>
