Chat instead of working

I stood in line behind 2 persons for almost 20 min just to pay my municipal acc at the money market counter but the lady behind the counter keeps chatting to het college's and laughing instead of working. <br> Always did my monthly shopping there but never again Pick a Pay is WAY better
