Charged me incorrectly and charged my medical aid!

I took a script to the pharmacy to collect my prescription medication. All my details are on the system because I have been there before-even though the service is always shocking. I handed them my script and my medical aid card knowing that they can never find me on the system.After saying my name to them a number of times and my name being on the script they put my medication under my moms name, the medical aid then rejected it and I had to pay cash for all of my meds. Once I had paid they said 'oh you are not Karen'...NO I AM BIANCA...After being there for an hour with a 2 year old bouncing all over the show I was extremely annoyed and had told them to rectify it and add the amount I had paid, as credit. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN- this month I went to collect my meds for the month only to be forced to pay a levy for the meds, they had rectified the name but still would not refund me or credit for the previous month even though they stated they 'remember' but cannot do anything about it. They did not reverse the amount taken from my medical aid when they put MY script under my moms name. I am extremely annoyed and WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN. I want my script back, I will take it elsewhere
