Charged a double delivery fee! Beware the *******!

Beware of the *******! You may be charged a double delivery fee. The store did not deliver one of the many items (they invoiced the item but ‘forgot’ to pack it). I was then immediately credited, but only for the item, and asked to re order the item and they will deliver it. All sounded good until I asked about the delivery fee on the re-order and was told that I will be charged AGAIN! ******* in broad daylight!
