Changed twice

Made a payment through scan to pay in checkers green valley and the cashier said it didn't go through and showed her it went through from my side.. Manager came said you have to pay again cause money will reverse back to your account and I ask I don't stay side I was passing I only needed nappies... How should I be that the money will reflect back on my account.... It will it take 24 hours, ohk money never reversed.. I called the store yesterday they said the cashier was over with that amount and in order for the to refund me I must come back to the store we're I did mention to them I was passing, you should come and sign email me wat ever I have to sign I will sign and send it back and thato said the is no ways..
