Championship Boerewors

Recently we bought Championship Boerewors from them which we never had problems with. However, I bought it on the Sixty60 app and when it arrived, it somehow looked weird. That night we cooked it and you could see something is off with the skin even. After it was done, my husband was the only one who ate it and not because it was delicious, because it wasn't.

Did the factory who makes the Championship Boerewors have a low budget or forgot the ingredients?
