Casserole Dish

I went to buy as I usually go buy after work. I went pass the casserole dish which I like 'n took it As I saw the price on the shelve. I got to the till it was not at the price I saw. I said to the cashier this is not the price I saw on the shelve. I went with the packer to where I got the dish. She took out the price n we back to the till n they called the manager Marie. She came 'n told me it's not the same product, it's the floor fault for putting there n unfortunately she won't give me with the price I saw. She will look for the product priced. I really don't understand why must I change the product. Some bowls r priced the price I saw but don't have lids. I really would like for this to be sorted. As she said it the floor fault.
