Cashier’s customer service is worse than that of home affairs -

No customer service just horrible attitudes like she’s doing me a favor and not her Job, asked for a cash back when purchasing my Powerade , she said just wait … left me standing for more than 5 min probably 10 or more.

When I asked her what’s going on she then continues serving other customers and tells me she’s called someone and all we can do is wait nothing else …

Someone walks passed (staff member) sees I’m frustrated , cashier and her chat and she says she’s going to find me the cash back money she’s coming now , waited another few minutes realized I can’t be waiting like I’m at home affairs went up to the manager gentleman (Indian guy)

Only when I escalate the poor service to the manager (Indian guy)

He then only redirects me to another till and says she’s going to help me spent easily 20 minutes waiting for nothing

I shop there everyday and after this I’d rather go down to the Pick N Pay … I am appalled by the level of service I received

I would like a response on the above
