Cashiers bad planning

<p>Hi</p> <p>We cannot count the times that we shopped at checkers hyper in the kolonade that there were sufficient cashiers available. People are queing, pensioners had to stand and wait to be served, people are moaning. And all this happens while staff are walking around, chatting or just shine in their absense. People in charge just standing around?? This morning my old age mom had to stand in the que with other shoppers for more than 30 min. Only 4 cashiers open. This on a Friday?? And during a time where there are lots of people because of product specials?</p>
