Cashiers at Checkers Bayside Mall

Good Day

I am a regular shopper at the checkers Bayside mall. One thing I have noticed with this companies Bayside Mall till staff is that they are always looking for ways to ***** from you especially if you are an exhausted person lunch time.

It has been twice now that I will pick something from the shelf and as soon as I get home and look at the goods I bought any small item such as sweets disappear from the bag. I always go myself to the mall and I always buy a perfect plastic bag with no holes and still I lost things twice at that checkers.

The reason why I decided to write this is because today after purchasing my things today, this woman at the till rings up the two orbits and only packs one in my plastic bag. After packing the one she then put the plastic bag on top of the other orbit thinking that I did not see the things she was doing. So I picked up the bag, picked up the orbit that was underneath the bag, said thank you to her and walked out of the shop.

I really do not know if the staff do not like people shopping there but they just need to be nice to customer and not try and catch them out on something that they can grab from the customers purchases. This is not acceptable, I worked in retail and things do not work like that. It is so disappointing for a big company such as checkers and shoprite to have employees like that.
