cashiers are rude

Cashiers have bad attitude to customers and its for the 3rd time now 1st time I went there to buy and then asked for the cashback and the cashier said I don't have money and just took my card and then I asked where must I get the money and she said I don't know just go to other till points for money so I didn't understand that so I left everything because I couldn't go from 1 till point to another just to withdraw R100 then today the cashier from the same store gave me an attitude while paying with my card she rung up all the items then just select the card option before asking if I'm done then I asked for airtime and she asked why am I inconveniencing her by buying bit by bit because she already selected card option then I told her its nt my fault because she should wait for me before processing \my card"then she was so angry she didn't even rung up the plastic for me """
