CASHIER Thato must be disciplined for her attitude

I went to buy lunch at Castles gate checkers when I was paying I asked the lady cashback of R300 and she did not have it and asked me to wait for the next cashier. I then waited and then the other cashiers name was Thato. She scanned my food and then said I must insert my card in I then asked her if she added the R300 cashback because I don't see it on the speed point. She told me to just put the card and pay and start shouting at me telling me that I have an attitude and she can even leave the till without helping me. I then walked to the manager Ruan to lodge a complaint After that I found Thato assisting another customer and waited there to be served next. She then left after assisting that customer and could not assist me. I then told the supervisor Named Francina that I am waiting to be served by Thato and she said another cashier will assist me referring to the cashier who referred me to Thato. I am really disappointed about the service that I received from Checkers Castle Gate. Thato need to be disciplined for his attitude. And this is not the 1st time receiving this bad service service from her.
