Cashier scans products that were not bought!!

I visited Checkers in Canal Walk on Saturday 30 January 2016 to do my monthly grocery shopping. I had quite a few items in my trolley and the cashier was verrrry slow and had no zest in her!! I packed out all the items while she scanned and thereafter paid with my debit card. I always check my slips before leaving the store, and luckily spotted an item on my slip that I did not purchase. It read \Oakridge 1.5L for R49.99\" and I was very surprised because the only large item I purchased was my 2L oil and my daughters 2L bubble bath, so what could this be?? I approached the \"trainee manager\" on duty and asked him to check my trolley and verify what the listed item is. He checked and after a few minutes came back saying \"I would't want to know what the item is\". He then informed me it was a bottle of wine!! What!! Being a muslim woman, I certainly do not drink and I was quite shocked. His explanation was that sometimes the packets scan this specific product!! What a lame excuse. It does not take a genius to figure out what could of happened. The \"manager\" did not even approach the cashier or anything. "
