cashier refused to help me

Today I went to checkers hyper. A cashier refused to let me pay. I went to the kiosk like I usually do when I have a few items. I only had three and I was told by the cashier that I cannot pay at the kiosk because I'm not buying cigarettes. I asked her since when, she simply carried on chatting with the cleaner. I went to her supervisor and told her, the supervisor said I had every right to pay there. She phoned the cashier in question to ask her why she chased a customer away, the cashier simply hung up the phone. Her supervisor went to her and she rep**** by saying \tell the customer to come back \". She had no regard for me what so far. "
