Cashier gave me MTN airtime instead of Vodacom data as requested

On Wednesday, 28 September, I wanted to purchase Vodacom data at a cashier at N1 City Checkers. She confirmed with me that I wanted Vodacom data, and requested the amount. I bought data for R29.

Upon leaving the store and repeatedly failing the data activation, I noticed that it wasn't Vodacom data at all, but MTN airtime. I didn't bother going back since the slip clearly states 'no returns or refunds on airtime.' I wasted R29 which may not seem like much, but I've had a financially challenging and stressful month and could not really afford to waste that money.

I don't know the cashier's name, but would like Checkers to generally train their cashiers to double check airtime and other non-refundable items before clients waste more money.
