Cashier Bad Attitude - Checkers N1 City

Good Day I would like to know what the policy is regarding packing of groceries at Checkers please. Myself, my mother and my 14 year old son was at Checkers N1 City on Saturday, 23 September 2023. We used the express till checkout, and once my mother paid for her groceries, she left the shopping bag on the counter, expecting the cashier to pack in her groceries. Unfortunately this was not done, and when I enquired about this, I received the dirtiest of looks from the cashier Anovuyo Ngqondoyi. I was in complete shock. I said: shoo, and she then proceeded to say something which I did not understand. She eventually packed my mother groceries, but with much hesitance. Afterwards, my son mentioned, that the situation was very awkward and it made him feel very uncomfortable. As mentioned, if someone could explain what the policy is for packing of groceries at Checkers, I would really appreciate it, as I was under the impression that even if there was not a packer, the cashier packs the groceries?
