Cash sen
What a terrible experience. I processed cash send to my helper and forgot pin code for her to withdraw the money. Went back to the store and they used my ID to confirm the transaction. In addition I had the MI number saved on my phone. To my surprise, they still wanted me to pay R10 to print out slip to confirm same MI nber saved on my phone. I lost it and refused to pay as they had all evidence on the system that I had indeed paid the money even though I forgot the PIN. I was saddened by the fact that poor people use the system and got charged additional money when they find themselves in my situation. I stood my ground and refused d to pay . I had the MI number saved on my phone. They acquesed but only because I know my rights and also because I created a scene. What about our poor people who don't know their Rights? Cash send is meant to help the un banked but it actually charges them much more...a proof for affidavit which need an additional cost to the police station only fo checkers to pay them back in instances of forgotten pin numbers. I stood my ground and ask them to arrest me. I challenge Checkers to stop abusing the poor rights
