Careless and no control over the staff and their behaviour

My name is Miguel proenca I live in florida hills Roodepoort and frequent the checkers hyper just off 14th Avenue. Love the shop it's huge and it covers all my needs.

I'm very unhappy disgusted disappointed furious all in one mum. The issue I'm having is that checkers will deliver your order to you with in 60 minutes of the time the order was placed leaving us with drivers that driver recklessly and after my complaint to the useless manager at the checkers I was told yes people complain about the staff that prepare the order as yhey bump people off their feet push them out the way.

So here's my problem my daughter who is 3 now and I went to do some grocery shopping at checkers as we entered the shop one of the sixty sixty drivers was rushing out the shop with his trolly as the time counter had started for him to deliver his parcel. He hit my daughter straight head on she flew back burst in to tears as she hurt her nose and cheak. The part that made me mad was that this imbasal didn't even stop to apologise or see if the child was OK. He rushed off to do his time framed delivery obthrn approached the mangeress asking her to look at the footage of the incident and thar i eanted something seriously done about this situation. All she did was waddled over and asked the security guard if this was true and confirm what had happened. She then sheepishly proceeded to tell me that clients have also been complaining about the other staff that prepare the orders for the drivers wizing past client rudly bumping them and evern pushing them out of the way. Im not here to claim from the road accident fund but to highlight the mere fact that checkers has a great concept going for lazy people to place the order and letting their staff and drivers have not a care in the world for people around them they are not and i repeat not above the law. Or are they??

My father always made me understand this lesson always ask yourself how would I feel if I was in someone else's shoes with any situatiion that was presented to me. Would u be happy that a 6 foot **** amguy knocked your daughter in to another dimension just to get the parcel delivered and with that said have no manners or eticete to follow. Next point to me is super funny yet true. My wife and I owned a restaurant and we had to let one of our amazing bike drivers go due to him not having his papers in order. Even funnier he works at the same checkers and tells me more than half of the drivers are ******* or no papers at all. So the plot thickens. Checkers I have mailed your sixty 60 customer care our local news paper and one of the government departments that handles issues like this. With all of this it's funnier that I used to own a restaurant and I had to let my driver go cause immigration were after all undocumented alien they swooped im and arrested half the sixt 60 druvers that day So again I ask u at what cost will checkers go to to have their parcel delivered within 60 minutes.
