Card **** at Checkers Bluff Durban

When I went to the till for my groceries to be scanned, a lady came there and created a bit of a scene. She then pushed in behind me in the line and blocked off everyone's view. Then when I gave the teller my card, the lady that pushed in distracted me. When I looked back, the cashier had my card under the counter and was busy shaking it against a "box". When I asked her what she was doing, she said that she had dropped my card and the person that distracted me agreed that the cashier had dropped my card. I called for the Manager and asked for help and asked why the cashier had dropped my card next to the box. The Manager told me that this "box" was a scanner which was far away from the card machine, which she was supposed to be using. I asked the manager why she did this and she said that she had dropped my card and the manager believed her. When I asked to observe the camera, the manager said no. When the cashier handed my card back to me she deliberately dropped it again and she said "oh look you have dropped your card again", but she had dropped it. I believe that I was set up and people need to be warned about this ****.
