Car guards should be dismissed

I have a problem with the car guards at checkers centre in Chatsworth. They are only there for the money. They are not watchful and turns a blind eye to crime. My friend had his car ****** and when he enquired, the guard indicated that he went to the toilet. Strange - only at that time he goes to the toilet. Checkers need to put the boom gate system which is somewhat better than the open get-away system at present.
