Can't take a return of a faulty Weber

Called Checkers Outdoor Table Bay Mall to ask for help, as our Weber Mastertouch is wonky. Parts were missing, the blades in the bottom to clean the ash do not turn, the legs are uneven. I asked if I can take it apart and return it even though it's been used once and it's visible on the grill, and the chap on the phone said there is no manager so I cannot help me today as he is alone. I really need to return this Weber as our birthday was ruined by the wonky Weber we could not even safely braai all the meat. It was a disaster.
