Cant enter the store

Good day

Today at 12:05 I went to Checkers Mayville mall.

As every week we go and buy our essential for the week to follow. Me and my daughter ( age 14 years ) wear mask to protect our self’s. From the begging of the lock down there were never problems at the Checkers. I buy at this checkers my whole life ( this was my last ) 1st my daughter go and stand in the Que where I went and park the car. As I come back to was not in the Que and was looking for me. I ask her why she is not standing in the Que ( this was to spare time as my baby at home was sleeping at the time and thought we can go quickly ) she said ( show me the guy ) said she cant stand here she must go and find her parent? For real? As we come to the front where they scan and clean our hands ( this was a long Que ) the same guy who chase her away and walk by us more then once, say we cant go in because she is not old enough To go in. as I try to explain to them this rule is from tomorrow and not from now that she cant go in. I ask to see the manger and the people inside ( Best med ) went and call her. She come out ( Linda ) and said before I start don’t shout I start and explain to her that she can go in and the rule is only from tomorrow, she just say you cant go in she can’t go in. If there is not anything done, I will not leave it here, FB, Hellopeter, there is a lot more in can use never never I will spend my money here. The lady who stand a few people back was also chasing away. I am glad you have enough customers, but with attitude like this it will not last, I told her you will hear from me and the look was like sure…..

Let say I spend R8000.00 per month at Checkers it is R96 000.00 from one customer, if you loose only 10 customers per month to this Checkers it is R960 000 per month ( can you afford it in times like this ) before you know you are staring retrenchment and closing a store. And don’t tell me Checkers is untouchable in this time.
