Can't deliver in 60min!!!

Will not use the 60 min App again! Placed an order at around 13:38 to be delivered between 14:00-15:00. Received a message that delivery will take place 60 minutes later!!!! Tried phoning their customer service twice, held on more than 15min! Tried emailing and even send Facebook messages to cancel as I would not have been available after 15:30! THEY DID NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES, NOR THE EMAIL!!! I WAS ONLY REFUNDED IN PART! SO THE CUSTOMER WERE PENALISED BECAUSE CHECKERS COULD NOT DELIVER IN TIME!!!!!!!!!!!
