Can't complain about non existing service

I am trying to get information on a certain product that I urgently want to buy - so I phoned Checkers YORK STREET GEORGE - PHONE RINGS FOR 10 MINUTES - NO ANSWER. Then I thought oke this checkers is anyway disgusting with all the flies always on the food and I tried Checkers PADDAGAT - COURTENAY STREET GEORGE - Quikc to answer put me throug - phone rings for about 10 minutes then got cut off. I phone back and lo and behold NO ANSWER - You really can't complain about non existing service - I had queries at Pick N pay before and Instant answering of phones and withing 2 minutes I have my answer - the same with Game, MAKRO etc. I wonder if all the Checkers in the country provide this level of service - Clearly you don't need my business. AND NO EMAIL ADDRESS - YOU NEED TO PHONE TO NUMBERS THAT ARE NOT ANSWERED
