Cannot recommend

Ordering and delivery was great but.... first they deduct an amount slightly higher and then after delivery another amount, this time the exact amount. Unfortunately I never got the first amount credited, so I basically paid twice for my goods, order no ***3. I emailed them a few times but never got an answer.
