Canceled orders

Last week I ordered from checkers60 and a few minutes later the order was cancelled and the delivery cost was refunded to my wallet but I was told that the money for the items will take 2-10 working days to refund back into my account. Today I tried ordering again a couple of seconds after the order was placed the order was cancelled and the delivery cost refunded back to my wallet but the money has already been taken out of my account. No reason has been given as to why the order was canceled and why this is happening for the second time in a few days meaning another 10 days before they refund my money. I’m done with checkers. I want them to refund me my money back into my bank account so I can delete my profile and their app from my phone!
