Canceled order refund

I placed an order about a week ago with online shopping with checkers Sixty60 and my delivery time on the app said from 10am I should expect my delivery, the delivery came early and I could not answer my phone because I was at work and didn't anticipate that my order will come early because of the time schedule on the checkers sixty app. My order got canceled and I repeated the order which I got deducted again and I was told that I will get my refund in 3 hours for my canceled order it's now been a week and I didn't receive my refund even after numerous attempts to get ahold of them.
