Can't pay with my eBucks

They always advertise that you can spend your eBucks at Checkers right?<br> Well I tried paying for something at this Checkers with my eBucks but it didn't work<br> Then they want to tell me they only accept chip cards that's why they can't process it<br> Now in the first place the eBucks cards are not chip cards so how does that work then?<br> In the second place I have bought something from this store before and payed with eBucks without a problem.<br> In my opinion there was something else wrong and they were just too lazy or *********** to sort it out<br> I ended up having to swipe my bank card for the purchase
