CAN SOMEONE WHO OWNS PHONES THAT CHECKERS SELLS ASSIST HERE

Yesterday I went to Checkers and was told that this Mpho work for some tech company. Kanti who did i buy this phone from and I'm sitting with Checkers slip. Is this not misreprentation? As if this was not enough, today he calls me so condescending and telling me to listen that they will only give me 1 phone and i must see what to do with the other 1. I requested a contract. which he told me that they don't have. Is this a **** or what. the phones are only 1 month? Who want to buy a product that you can only use and discard within a month? Now I am angry and confused as who owns these phones as I bought them from Checkers and I was advised that they belong to another company. What is this?
