Calm and collected Jonas(manager)

This time of the year is a hectic one, women like myself, Rush to buy Last minute foods and goods. In that Rush We sometimes forget to check sell-by dates and expiry dates, this being my case today.

I both lettuce that was expired. I was so angry when I got home to add it to the salad, then I Phone and spoke to Jonas (manager at Checkers Collumbine, Jhg South) who immidiately assisted me. I appoligize for being so rude and thank you for staying calm and collected, to bring me fresh lettuce.
