Called too complain but shouldn't have bothered

I've just been to the Whale Coast Mall in Sandbaai and bought a pack of 4 peppers. For home to discover one is rotten. I phoned the branch to let them know and got through to a completely useless person who couldn't understand simple English. It had long been my experience at this branch that staff are purely trained but this takes the cake.
