Cafe Culture Steak Pie Filling is Disgusting

Your Cafe Culture Steak Pie filling was disgusting - not really steak 'meat', but more sinew, fatty bits, and off cuts. Disappointing. On the plus side the pastry (bottom short crust / top puff pastry) was excellent. Just need to get the filling up to standard. Thanks
