Good day On Thursday I went to checkers polokwane Hans van rens burg to buy a few things, amoung the the few things that I bought, I bought 6 mini magnums and country fresh ice cream. Okay on Friday I opened the magnum,I opened the first one,it was spoiled ,it didn't look good,I thought maybe it's only that one,and I thought I should open the second one. I did that.but even the second one was spoiled.i inboxed checkers ,they responded,and in the early morning of Saturday, someone from checkers called me,he asked me a few questions, the BB date ND MM date.i gave him the details,he said they'll contact me soon,after a few minutes, someone from checkers polokwane called me,in the name of magnolia she also asked me after few questions,I was already annoyed, I understand they want to understand the story ,but yhooo so many questions. She said I must come for refund. Okay,I told her il come later in the day.but during the day I was tired ND just said IL go some other time. But during the day I craved for ice cream, I opened the country fresh one.iyhoooo disaster. I decided I'm not gna let this one slide.firstly I had to go to town because I needed to solve the ice cream issue,I used my petrol..my plans were not to go out of the house today. I had go out because of the ice cream .secondly magnolia tried explaining bla bla ,how does she even say to me" we all know we are affected by loadshedding nd there's nothing we can do? There's nothing they can do? Wat the hell? A whole checkers? A whole checkers ? If she didn't know what to say she could have just shut the hell up.im a client, ND the minute I walk into the store I expect to get good service ND everything good. She mentioned that wen there's loadshedding yr fridges switches off, is that so ? Is that y ur ice creams are spoiled? U know wat ne ,I don't even know how I feel about checkers anymore, because, in early January I bought ox liver at checkers savanna, wen me ND my family were ready to eat,the liver wasn't fresh. I had to throw away the liver that I cooked,ND also the second packet. I threw away my hard earned money 💰. I didn't have the energy to lodge a complain, but I see this is an ongoing thing with checkers.the way I'm so angry I dnt think il ever set my foot in the store again. Ever again .il look for a store that cares about their clients and staff that knows wat client experience is.i spend my petrol coming to buy at yr store knowing that il get fresh things, ND again I come to the store to get refund,which wasn't even on my plans with petrol. Wasn't gna come to the store again if ur things were not spoiled. I humbly request that this matter must be attended to before I take it further
