Bus Ticket Refund

I bought Bus Tickets at Shoprite Cresta and Unfortunately I only used Single and wanted a refund on the Return with no Luck. I have been sent from pillar to Post even Checkers Fairlands couldnt assist . If I had no Integrity I was going to ask the Bank to Refund me all amount because it was a POS but I needed Checkers to handle this as the money is with them .

I understand about the penalty fee but I need a Refund not stories. I contacted Translux/City toCity they referred my to Checkers Cresta AGAIN and no one seems to help at Checkers

After a WONDERFUL service I recieved from PNP I can say Checkers is a disspointment to customers
