Burgundy estates checkers
<p>Good day</p> <p>I would like to express my utter unhappiness and disgust in your customer service towards rectifying the goods you sell. I bought chicken from checkers Burgundy estates 7441 Cape town only to find it is the worst smelling chicken ever as it has gone bad. I have then returned to the shop, going back to not even one apology from the manager, WAIT NOT EVEN ONE WORD from the manager I was given to a cashier that was too busy chatting to their friends to even try and look excited to assist. NEVER EVER have I seen such bad customer service. In the end I was given my money back, but with such a bad view on checkers that I don't really think I want to shop there ever again. I have supported this shop for over 7 years and this is the customer service I get!!! NOT EVEN A VOUCHER OR SOMETHING TO SAY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>I wonder how many other people bought the same chicken..</p> <p>I am disgusted</p> <p>Regards and UNHAPPY<br />Johnathan</p>
