Bull **** service from checkers

Checkers Eastgate mall showed us flames on the 22/09/2018 when we went there to buy rolls the staff at the bakery were screaming at each other chatting while serving us the service was very slow as they didn’t care about us we asked the lady to please hurry she responded rudely to my friend as they started exchanging words she left us there and went away, we asked the staff members wat was her name no one told us they were laughing at us we went to their store manager who asked us wat were they saying if we say they were chatting while serving clients now is this how checkers treats their customers or is it a new way of saying employees must do as they please even wen they give bad service they’re doing an excellent job according to this manager who does not respect his post and the retail business cause it’s a business of service
