Broken Clothes Rack

I purchased a clothes rack from Checkers in Cresta about 7 or 8 months ago, the RACK was of such poor quality that they actual hanging part started to break off from the solder on the frame and eventually within like 8 months, the actual plastic around the hinge started to break as well.

Honestly, I would not expect such poor quality and I have been a loyal shopper - I did have the receipt but how can Checkers sell such poor quality products?

Disappointed, I might as well buy a better quality from like PnP
