Broke My Husband's Shoes

Good day,

My husband and I went to Checkers Tambotie Mall 07/03/2021. On exiting the shop one of the packers at the tills tramped on his shoe causing it to brake. Yes the guy apologised but what happens to the broken shoe? We went to the manageress and told her what happened and she told us to give her the slip for the shoes, now how must we do that if the shoes was bought almost 2 months ago? She told us that it she needs to put in a claim against the shoes. My husband and I walked out.

Please we want this sorted ASAP.
