BREAD BAKED IN A FILTHY PAN

My wife bought some white bread (SASKO) from Checkers Hyper in Bloemfontein on 20 January 2016. Today, when we open the bread we saw the black - I don't know what - at the bottom side of the bread. We took photos as evidence. I want to contact SASKO to let them know about this and send the photos, but keep getting the error message that their web server is not available
