Brackenfell Location Review

This store represents the vision of the chain that their stores should be classy but yet deliver value for money and a relaxing shopping experience. This store does that to a large degree.

Produce was fresh and available, and staff members were friendly and polite.

There’s lots of focus on the ready-to-eat aspect of this store in terms of the hot and cold deli, sushi bar and seating area to eat.

In the store, there’s also a dedicated baby and pet section, as well as a butcher.

Some of the layout choices were somewhat confusing and it would be nice to have a dedicated kosher or halal section as well, depending on the customer preferences.

The wait at the cashiers could be improved. I think that they need more during peak times.
