Bought items left on display!!!

I'm so disappointed, I bought a Sienna fine stoneware set at Checkers Centurion only to realise that the box I took has missing a missing plate, cup, bowl and side plate :(. Weird thing is the cashier and packer checked and confirmed that everything is in order. The rest of the items are the ones they used for display coz in all the 16 piece dinner set I'm missing 1 piece per type of item :( :(.
