Bought alcohol online but did not receive it

I have received a very bad service from Checkers Liquor online shop. These people are ******. Guys be careful. I bought alcohol from them on Sunday the 28th November 2021. But guys if I can tell you that I have not received my order even now. Worst of all I have nothing to show as proof of payment, except my bank statement. They did not send me a receipt after my purchase. Initially on their website they stated that free delivery can take 2 working days. I waited and nothing was delivered on Tuesday. And when I called them on Tuesday I was told the delivery will be on Thursday. And Thursday came and passed, still i received nothing. And on Friday I called again and I also lodged a complaint on their site. But even now I still have not received a response regarding my complaint. Thats how bad their service is. As I called on Friday, I was now told that there was a 1 day delay, but I will receive my parcel same day, it is with the courier service company called RAM. But still nothing came through. This morning I call Vanessa Henn again, the one that told me that the parcel was with RAM. Now today she tells me that the parcel was taken by RAM today, which was what she told me yesterday. Worst of all they did not even provide me with the tracking number. I was just told verbally that reason. And now I tell them I have waited for too long and worst of all the alcohol I purchased was meant for a purpose, which was for today's ritual. I now want my money back so that I can go buy elsewhere and I am being told that their finance department is not open. Please advise what do I do when things are like this. I am very disappointed with checkers service, and am frustrated at the same time. Their service is BAD!!
