Bought a Bush Baby braaier with missing handle

So I go to the store to buy some groceries and I decided to buy a braaier for my father.<br> <br> I walked to a store manager, he had a white shirt on and said to him hi good day can you please help me?<br> <br> Friendly he replyed yes and we walked to the Bush Baby Braaier the box was damaged with big opening in the side and top of the box, I asked him don't you rather have a new one in the back as I live in Ventersdorp 100km away I don't want to drive back and this is a gift, no he says I don't need to worry the *****s are there, <br> <br> Now the handle is missing on the braaier, this is the worst Christmas experience ever.
