Black Woman mistreated at Checkers 1 Doncaster Rd, Kenilworth, - Food Deli- customer service Sucks -please change your staff

I was at the store this morning to buy my lunch @ the Food Deli ,there was an old lady that was there and i greeted her -she rep**** back annoyed and as i was standing next to the round table with the glass on -i pointed " may i please get the vegetables and 2 pieces of chicken - she rep**** aggressively "Please Please don't put your hands on the glass" NB- there is no sign that says "PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS" and i was shocked and i apologized -then she started assisting me with an angry face as she was going along with my order there was another coloured lady customer that came and stood next to me -she greeted her and asked if she can help but she was not even done with my order , what annoyed me is its not the 1st time this lady is being like this the other time she skipped the line of ladies standing there and went to help a young muscle man that came last on the que i guess they knew each other because he said the usual order and she was smiling and giggling with him , so i just need to know if the people that are employed there especially in that Deli -do they know customer services if not i think they need more training if they have been trained -then they are bored of working with customers they need to be changed to other departments , there is an old lady that works at the Bakery- i don't know her name but she is a counter hand -she is always smiling and will forever greet a customer with a smile and i give her thumbs up ,
