Black plastic object found in Bread Roll

We purchased bread rolls from Ballito Checkers Hyper. While feeding my 1yr 6 months baby I noticed a hard black object baked into the Bread Roll. I was shocked and terrified on seing this cause at certain times we allow baby to eat on her own and luckily on this day we were feeding her. This hard black object could have led to the baby choking and would have been a very serious situation. I then drove the next day to the Ballito Checkers Hyper with the bread roll. I asked for the Stores Manager a lady named Nivashnee. I showed her the bread roll that had the hard black object and she refunded me for the rolls. She wrote my name and also my contact number also promising to call me the following day. It's now been 2 days and still never receive a call from the Bakery Manager. I am very disappointed and sadened with the poor response from this store. I always shop at Ballito Checkers Hyper and support this store every month end with grocery shopping. This bakery in Hyper Checkers should be audited by the Health and Safety Department cause in future it would save ones life considering the type of quality you receive. I am upset and not in a very good mood with the service given.
